  The Sintered NdFeB radiation (multipole) magnetic ring was the new product in recent years. It is mainly used in high-performance permanent magnet motors and sensors and other fields. In the application of permanent magnet motors, sintered NdFeB magnets are usually bonded into rings. However, the adhesion of the tile type magnet will cause a series of problems. It’s hard to machining and installation, and would make a lot of vibration and noise. The integral magnetic ring can keep the consistency of the dimension after processing. The noise and vibration can be effectively reduced while the stability can be improved of the motor. The inner and outer surfaces of the magnetic ring can be magnetized and magnetized by a certain angle. The transition area between the magnetic poles is small, and the performance of the motor can be remarkably improved. Therefore, this kind of magnetic ring should be applied to permanent magnet machines of automation and high precision equipment. Such as CNC machine tools, aviation, aerospace, military, sophisticated weapons, robots, refrigerators, air-conditioning and other fields.
