We have mainly studied the key technology and equipment of preparation high purity rare earth metals and alloys. We have developed the technology and corresponding equipment of industrialized preparation high purity rare earth metals, such as ytterbium, europium, etc. The purity of ytterbium and europium is more than 4N. The yield of rare earth is over 95%. We have built pilot line and annual output was 12 tons high purity rare earth metals. The key technology of preparing high purity ytterbium by vacuum distillation has reached the international advanced level.
